I am Andrew Morales, a queer, Taíno-descended father of three beautiful children, a holistic mentor, ordained minister, worship artist, and business executive. My work is deep, sacred, and grounded in authenticity. I’m here to walk beside you as we remember who we authentically are… and why our soul came to Earth…
I was born into a Cuban and Puerto Rican immigrant family and spent most of my life feeling labeled, dismissed, and disconnected, from others, and from myself. Even after achieving what many call the “American Dream”—a long marriage, an executive career, and a picture-perfect life, I was still silently carrying the weight of childhood sexual abuse, religious trauma, self-hate, and survival patterns I didn’t yet have words for.
At nearly 400 pounds, I heard my soul whisper: It’s time to break free and fly again.
And that’s when everything changed.
Like many, I searched modern healing modalities, therapy, coaching, self-help, and more, but still felt something was missing. That ache led me deeper, toward the ancient. My spirit pulled me home to the wisdom of my ancestors, to Earth-based healing, and to practices that honored the soul, not just the symptoms. Through plant medicine, holistic psychotherapy, Indigenous initiation, and deep ancestral remembrance, I reclaimed my voice, my power, and my purpose, not to fix myself, but to remember who I truly am.
Now, through The Inner I AM, I create safe spaces for ALL HUMANS to rise, offering soul mentorship, energy healing, ancestral guidance, retreats, and holistic worship music as medicine.
At The Inner I AM, we believe every human carries the Spirit of the Creator within—a divine force of authenticity and soul-purpose. The Inner I AM is your soul’s organic essence, ready to be remembered and embodied.
